The Melotti family has been producing the best Italian rice varieties such as Vialone Nano and Carnaroli since 1986. The family farm is located in the lower Veronese plain, in Isola della Scala.
Giuseppe Melotti, together with his wife Rosetta and their sons Luca, Gianmaria and Francesca, directly follows the cultivation, processing and sale of their own rice.
Grown on excellent soils and irrigated with clear spring waters, this rice is then processed with artisanal systems that maintain its excellent qualities.
The Melotti family also offers a wide choice of rice-based specialties created according to Mamma Rosetta's recipes.
